Can you help if I am locked out on the Gold Coast?
What should I do if my keys are lost or stolen?
Call us as soon as possible. We can rekey compatible locks 24/7 so the missing keys no longer work. Some older lock types may need to be replaced instead.
Can you unlock cars or cut car keys?
We do not cut, program, replace or supply car keys. We can unlock some compatible older cars, mainly pre-2010 Japanese models, but we do not unlock European cars. Call first so we can confirm whether we can help.
Can you repair or replace a broken lock during an emergency callout?
Where possible, we remove the broken key and inspect the lock. We then advise whether the lock can remain in use or needs servicing, rekeying or replacement.
